Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr, MBE, is an Irish musician, singer and songwriter. Corr began her career in 1990, as singer-songwriter for The Corrs, a Celtic pop-rock and rock band The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim and three of their older siblings. Andrea Corr, an Irish singer, musician and songwriter is a member of the Corrs. She has been awarded an award called the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award and is best known for being a member of the Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs. The singer also sings with the band, and can perform a variety of instruments. Andrea, who began her career as an acting in 1991, then grew into a musical talent and stage artist. She was a playback singer in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is an extremely multifaceted musician. She has six studio albums, two compilation albums and two live albums as well as one mix. Furthermore, she was awarded awards for her work in the field of humanitarian aid. Andrea along with her husband Stockbroker has two kids. Andrea started music lessons at the age of eight, learning the Tin flute. Andrea learned how to play the piano under the tutelage of Gerry. Andrea can also play the ukulele. The teenage years were spent learning to play the instrument. The teenage years she spent developing her musical talents. Andrea frequently performed in school's plays. She attended in Dun Lughaidh Convent.
